WHO WE ARE
We are an independent women’s amateur soccer league in the Hudson Valley. The E.H.W.S.L. holds affiliation with the ENYSASA through the EDSL.
Our main focus is to bring quality soccer to all levels of the community and to promote the stature of female athletes as role models for our youth.
Whether you are a seasoned player, college bound, or just stepping onto the field for the first time the E.H.W.S.L. has a home for you. Our league accommodates any woman over the age of 18. During the fall and the spring we operate in one Open Division. Spring through summer we offer open league practices run by our league coaches.
In the summer our league opens up into multiple divisions including Open Division for women 18 and over, and our small sided B Division for women with five years experience or less.
New this year we will offer a U 23 Division with focus on quality competition for the young women aging out of the youth soccer leagues as well as the players that are home from college for the summer and need a place to play.
We, the EHWSL, value and encourage friendly competition with an emphasis on fair play, good sportsmanship, and providing all women with an opportunity to play, regardless of skill or fitness level. Whether you have never played a game in your life or you have played a thousand games, we encourage you to get involved for the love of soccer.
